A builder and operator who now helps leaders build stronger companies and careers.
After earning a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Florida, Matthew spent more than two decades building projects, teams, and business units.
He became known for pushing hard, solving problems, creating momentum, and making things happen. That ability to move fast became one of his greatest strengths.
It also became one of his greatest lessons. As his responsibilities grew, so did his understanding that the strongest leader is not always the person driving hardest.
Sometimes leadership means slowing the room down long enough to understand the real problem. Sometimes it means translating between people who speak completely different professional languages.
Sometimes it means asking a difficult question before the team commits to the wrong answer. Sometimes it means creating enough structure and trust that other people can perform at their best.
Over time, Matthew became increasingly energized not simply by solving the problem himself, but by helping other people see what they could not see before.
That mentor and teacher mindset ultimately changed the direction of his career. Swamp 7 grew from that transition.
The company combines the construction judgment of a builder, the operating perspective of an executive, and the relational approach of a coach and advisor.
Swamp 7 helps turn vision into action by bringing perspective, clarity, alignment, structure, and purpose to the people and decisions that shape what comes next.
